Anesthesia Management in Laparoscopic Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia / hiatal (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia CDH) alters normal cardiopulmonary physiology in neonates or pediatric patients due to pressure from the abdomen into thoracic cavity. The open surgical and laparoscopic approaches pose challenges for anesthesiologist team because of complications CDH surgery itself. We present a case successful anesthetic management 2-year-old child undergoing surgery.
